Bulahdelah Residential Village is located at the northern end of Bulahdelah on the old Pacific Highway, now known as 3 Bulahdelah Way Bulahdelah. 

Bulahdelah is located on the banks of the Myall River on the mid-North Coast and from Bulahdelah it is:

  • 25 minutes to Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest
  • 45 minutes to Newcastle and the Hunter Valley
  • 1 hour to Taree

Site fees $140.00 per week with annual rise $5 plus government CPI percentage each October 1st. There are no council fees, no entry or exit fees, and you may be entitled to government rental assistance.

When you purchase your home you will enter into a Residential Site Agreement which gives you the exclusive right to occupy the land and to enjoy the Village facilities and services. Under this agreement your tenure is protected by the Residential (Land Lease) Communities 2013 Act and Regulations.
